problem With DreamLoader

I have STARSAT SR-X550D SUPER
I open dreamloader,click connect,click download ,select hex file(eprom...)and
start my receiver but nothing happen!
why?
 
I guess there is something wrong with the HEX file they put on the site. If you upgrade to the new software (December), you probably wont need to use the dream loader. IF there IS a problem in receiving the channels AFTER the upgrade and , should there be a need for the dreamloader, then get the EPROM from the following site:-
