problem with premier 's subtitles

hi,
there is a problem today with subtitled channels premier ,premier2,3,4. They cut or lose many of subtitles. What is wrong? i don;t know to whom i must apply to resolve the problem.Please, is there some to apply to them that they should resolve the problem?

I again repeat and and, if you want, you watch over a. This channels (premier 1,2,3) do not transmit in subtitles the total of reasons of actors , as it happens with max and cimemas channels, but and with these in the past. Subtitles « stick » and enough from he lose, so that you cannot a individual watches the film with problems hearing. In whom from the responsible technicians of channel it should I am addressed ? Does exist some e-mail or telephone which I can use in order to I express the problem?
