Problem with programmer CAR-04B

Well I do not know the programmer you mention but synchorisation problems could mean a number of things. See if there are different frequency options available in the set up menu and try a few if there are, also check the pc port settings ensure they are correct.

thank you topper for your help. The programmer CAR-04B is a phoenix-type.
I've checked the comport (1&2) every thing seems o.k as I've injected a firmware into my aston simba 202s using comport1 and it does it. But as I explained When I plug the same comport with the device (car-04b), it doesn't work. (sorry to insist!)
