My receiver losing all the channel data freequently (weekly of sometimes daily). I have to reload all the data again and again. Kindly explain me the problem and the solution.

Its the software poblem. It can be fixed if you update the software using RS cable. You will find more information if you read other threads with SAMSUNG.
