Problem with some channels

Some of the channels I get through my Dreambox 800HD se, actually only on HD channels. There is like a voice talking over the movie, like it is for people that have bad eye sight and is describing what is happening and the storyline as it happens.
Is there a way to turn this off in some settins or by some file that I could install on the dreambox?

One other problem, my dreambox keeps freezing or the audio just disappearing. I am using the Peterpan 2.3, don't know if that affects it.

The voiceover is because you have the audio description soundtrack.
 
As Analoguesat says you have audio description turn on. Not sure about your image, but on mine, I can press yellow button and select different audio channel. There will be a button for audio on yours.
