Problems aligning motorised dish

My Satellite Setup
orbital 80cm dish with technomate 5400 cl+ super usb motorised system.
My Location
uk london
hi i done all that but still i cant get any signal above 22 % ,
i live in se18 london and my latitude is 51.484 north, logitude is 0.078 east and dish elevation 23 degree.
all correct but still i cant get any channels.
i installed a 80cm orbitual dish with h-h diseqc motor and technomate 5400+ cl usb. kindly help me please thanks Rehman.
 
thanks i finally got several channels on astra 28.2 e but cant get any other satellite's or even any uk channels like bbc or itv, if anyone can give advice it will be appreciated :)
