problems setting up astra 28.2 on samsung smart tv

Hello, i hope someone can help, i live in Warwickshire in the midlands in England, my Samsung smart tv has built in sat reciever, when trying to scan for sat channels i keep getting multiple BBC 1 ,, channel 4 and ITV channels, how do i set the oscillation so i only get 1 BBC1 channel etc ?
 
You cant easily - there are indeed mulriple versions of those channels being transmitted off the 28E cluster of satellites. The BBC ones are at least easy to identify from their names. The ITV regions no longer carry their old names & the C4 regions all carry the same programming but different adverts.

Let the tv scan in the channels then reorder them as you wish.
 
What is the model number of the TV? The last Samsung I had a play with had a Freesat option, when enabled it makes you to enter a postcode and will give you the correct versions of BBC & ITV.
