Problems with CBC Sport on Octagon SX88+

Octagon SX88+, Static 1.2m Raven Dish (22w to 33e), Motorized Dish (9e to 52e)
My Location
England
I'm having problems viewing CBC Sport 11135 H 27500 on 46e Azersat. This evening I tried to view the channel but it was just a blank screen so I decided to rescan and after the rescan the channel vanished. I'm having no problems viewing the other channels on that frequency/transponder.

I spoke to someone else and they say the channel is working fine via another receiver.

I'm using my Octagon SX88+ software version 1.05.62

Could someone else with an Octagon receiver please look to see if they have this problem
 
CBC Sport is no longer FTA, it's encrypted, using BISS.

It may be biss encrypted but it is no longer showing up on my receivers list of channels. I have tried multiple scans
 
Just checked, and it's still there, showing as CBC_Sport_HDtv
Try changing your frequency slightly and scanning in 11132 H 27500 DVB-S, or 11138 H 27500
 
Changing the frequency did not work unfortunately

FTA search is off, I have tried both blind scan and tp scan. I will do a factory reset in the morning

Its not something as simple as the channel sid is missing from the transmission is it? Ive seen that on some receivers in the past & you cant scan them in automatically - you have to put the pids in manually.
 
Have you tried rolling back to an earlier firmware version?

That's what I thought it initially.


I have solved the problem by deleting all the biss keys in the system.
