Problems with DigitAlb activation.

My dad bought a 12 month membership yesterday because our old 12 month membership ran out and I have a conax thing and a Technomate 5500 CL Super

All the channels that should work like DigitAlb 5 etc all say ''No Access''


Any help?

Will do when dad gets back, wonder why this is happening though, we didn't have any problems in last years subscription.

you need to wait 24/48 hours for it to be switched on as the place you bought it from need to contact there agent for digitalb and for the agent to get it switched on

when i had it it got switched on after 24 hours

just keep the card in the receiver and on 16east for it to update

Ah ok, it should be soon then as my dad got the card at around 2 clock yesterday.

you should just update the old card you have instead of keep buying new ones as its usually cheaper to buy a 6 or 12mth renewal

Also make sure it is a conax 4.00e cam
