problems with dreambox and bskyb

hey guys I had my dreambox gbox setup working before using my local card. But I just plugged the box in after it had been off for months, now it just shows garbled pictures. I left the box on over night on sky one but that didn't help. Please can someone here suggest anything?

Garbled or blank? Try installing CCcam and look at your card entitlements.

hi mate thanks for the reply, i did install cccam at one point through the blue panel to see if it would help things... It didn't unfornately, how would i check my entitlements?

Open a web browser and type in your Dreambox IP address plus :16001

replace 192.168.0.24 with your Dreambox IP address.

meaning its all upto date right? i dont think its my tuner as fta channels still work... what could it be ? :S this card still works in normal sky box

Do FTV channels show OK?

What does post #9 show for some of the black channels? Have you tried rescanning 28.2?

ftv channels (as in channel4 etc) ? they dont work either.. same problem...

Either the card isn't active, CCcam needs reinstalling or you need to rescan 28.2E

I can't think of anything else.

tried all 3... a mate just said there is a problem with gemini 4.30 aparently... so im flashing 4.10 now
