First thing you need to do is post the pictures of the polar mount and other equipment etc, so we can confirm all is complete. They do two versions of polar mount.
If this is your first attempt at installing motorised, it won't be a simple one... but happy to give advice on set up as you go along.
You need to set the main polar axis angle on the mount to your latitude. Declination is taken care of as you lower the dish elevation around 7° onto your due South satellite; most probably 5°W depending on your exact location. You also need to account for any offset between your location and your reference satellite before alignment. Once the dish is aligned onto the arc, you can then add the motor. This can be mounted either side to favour East or West satellites. There are of course adjustments to be made to the actuator etc to clear any brackety and travel required.
