Problems with my titanium card - pls help

I am new to all this stuff and im trying to program my titanium card, the programs i have tried to use are infinity usb and titanium progger, they are saying either:​

the card os is not supported​

​

or ​

​

the software wont recognise the cpu on the card​

​

any help would be greatly appreciated.​
