Problems with new Sat Dish for SKY

Hello,

I have installed my new satellite dish today, but I have the following problem:
The signal strengh (28.5 East for Sky Television) is nearly 90%-95%,
but the signal quality is only around 65%. Is this allright or have I done something wrong ?
With my old dish, I had 80% quality and the previous dish was a little bit (5 cm) smaller.
I have tried to shove a little bit the dish, but the signal gets not better.
Can someone help me ?

Hi Profiler8,
try small adjustments with your dish elevation, until you get the strongest signal, and then try skewing your LNB slightly, also try adjusting your LNB,s focal point, move it slightly closer or further from the dish. If this fails check your cable, and connections, for any sign of damage.

yep main things to check as mickha says but also try little adjustments on the lnb skew , even though your in the footprint still do this to peak the signal
