Problems with Satlook NIT Display

i have a mac computer , my name is nasir , and i would like to be a member with you guys thanks.

i have the satlook nit but every time i turn it on the picture keep mooving
and it's hard for me to read in its screen , any help guys ?
 
Could be a dry joint? Unless you are proficient with a soldering iron, probably best to get an engineer to look at it.
