Probs with titanium & SC-Master Dragon LCD

Hi I've got a SC-Master Dragon LCD programmer and a blue titanium card. I'm new to all this programming but I've figured a lot of things out through this forum. I've tried different softwares and had lots of problems with getting unsupported OS and no ATR. Got past that in Titanium Card Progger 1.10.2 thanx to the tips about ctrl+alt+del. but then it fails to authenticate every time. And I can't erase the card no matter what software I try?

Anyone with similar problems/solutions?

Update:

I tried The Mighty Bosom 2.1 and sometimes it works and sometimes not. I've also tried to finetune the Com port settings. But still it seems to be more of a lucky shot whenever it's working.

Still haven't gotten it to work with any other software than TMB.

And on the SC-MASTER DRAGON LCD you can't use the mode 8 phoenix 3.58 you have to use mode 1 Mouse 3.58. It seems the menu is wrong.
