Progdvb Error Msg?

My Satellite Setup
Echostar DSB-808 Vi2
80cm Dish Motorised, temporally on a 1mt pole mount, (which tracks the arc if the wind blows the right direction.) Pace 2600 (Sky), Infinity usb+Cas3 programers.
Dell P4-2.4ghz, 512DDR, 75GB HD
Radeon 9800 Graf/Crd. + Ext HD M
My Location
Ireland
I've just installed my Skystar2 card & ProgDVB - Can any one help with the following error msg

Error! filter Not Founded! - Elecard_MPEG2_Video_Decoder

I can still view all that I should but have to get past the msg on each channel?
 
Go into C:\progdvb\filters and click on the register proggy then restart.
You haven't registered the Elecard filters in Windows that's all.
