ProgDVB with SS2 monoblock help !!

Hi guys,

wondering if someone here can help.

Ive just finished putting an 80cm dish with monoblock lnb for Astra 19.2e and Hotbird 13e. Ive done a channel scan on Hotbird and get 1486 channels, no probs there then ??, but when i scan Astra the only channels i get are hotbird channels using the same transponder freqs as Astra.

Ive came to the conclusion that the lnb isn't switching !

I have the lnb set up in DISEqC settings as per the attatched image.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, this is the first time ive done anything with a monoblock.

Should the Distinguish by radio button not be set to "by LNB"?

I have always checked both of those boxes cauze I wasnt sure about it and it has worked fine for me.

Hi again,

Ive tried as checking "by LNB" as rolfw suggested, it still wouldnt switch. Ive also tried using mini Diseqc and it still does the same.

Is there anything else i could try? I think ive tried every combination in the Diseqc settings menu.

The LNB is a SAION Universal Monoblock Single 0.5dB, it has DISEqC 2.0 on the box.

EDIT: Ive just tried with dvbDream still having the same problem, there is a box for entering RAW diseqc commands that could be worth a try , i dont know what commands to use though.

Ive also tried searching for information on the LNB but cant find any info on it other than the info above ^. Does anyone have a link to a decent guide on setting up a monoblock in progdvb?? I want to make sure ive set it up correctly.
