program the pic and eprom with ludipipo without files

I need help to program the pic and the eprom from the code and not from the files ( hex and bin )
I have a ludipipo interface on com2.

Do you know a good palace to find new codes ( autoupdated or not )

New BIN files incorperating keys for wafercards are always popping up (daily) at the oft-mentioned Italian Digital FreeSat site.
