I found some programmable CAMs from the hm-sat shop like the Diablo CAM.
Can someone please give a short review about what these CAMs can do today and if they are worth the investment cost ~ 100 euro.
Thanks.

Have to confess I am not up to date on things these days, my understanding is that some biss channels can be opened, but little else, but like I say I am not up to date, but certainly would not spend 100 Euros on any piece of kit

Cams aren't any use for anything these days other than sticking a subscriber card in. I would maybe buy a cam to play with some of the BISS stuff as Topper says, but i wouldn't pay more than a few quid for each one.

This may be worth looking at

Shirley most modern receivers don't need a separate CAM for BISS, but have native SoftCAMS?

My Skybox F3s don't and they are nobbut cheapies.

constant.cw rings a bell.

Only tried it to watch F1 on ORF a year or three ago! Purely as an experiment, you understand.

You thought right. Soliciting and Provision.

Talking in general terms about technical issues is not.

We can, we have and we will continue to cope, mon brave :)
