Programming MR?

I Razor, u know how 2 put MR1.055 in the MR, because i received mine i have the cas but im geting nuts because it dont do nothing????? (i have a DreamBOX)...Thanks
 
Moved this here, thought that it was a tad more appropriate than Suggestions and feedback. ;)
