Programming Titanium and Knot cards

My Satellite Setup
Small simple set up with blue tit card and matrix reloaded cam.
Hi all,
I wonder if anyone can help me, I have recently bought a blue titanium card but it is completely blank! it dosent even have the operating system on it! is there anywhere i can download it and program it onto the card?

any idea's on what programmer to buy too?

Any help would be much appreciated.

It is unlikely to have nothing on it, have you tried it in a programmer?
 
I dont have a programmer yet. but the person who sold it said that there was no OS on it. I believe that is kept in the flash prom?
 
If there is no operating system on it, then it is useless. You need a suitable programmer to read it, an ElvisUSB, or Infinity USB Phoenix should do.
 
So there is no way I could put the operating system on it?
