At the Baikonur Cosmodrome a meeting of the State Commission, which examined the results of the two-day test at the launch pad Launch Vehicle (ILV) "Soyuz-U" with a transport cargo vehicle (THC), "Progress M-20M".
After hearing the reports of the supervisors, the State Commission adopted a decision on readiness ILV with THC for fueling fuel components and launch.
In accordance with the schedule of prelaunch calculations of rocket launchers and space industry Russia began fueling space rocket oxidizer and fuel.
RCN is scheduled to start at 00.45 Moscow time on July 28.
