After some minor deviations in orbit delivery, Blagovest 3 has arrived at 80.0°E.

Proton launches third Blagovest satellite

Blagovest 4 (Blagovest 14L, Kosmos 2539) was succesfully launched on August 5.
2019-048A, Norad 44457.
Seems to have reached an In Orbit Test location at about 63.5°E.

Blagovest 4 left IOT location 63.5°E already a week ago, drifting 2.2°W/day (now near 44°E).

And in the last couple of weeks, Raduga-1M 3 was relocated from 70.0°E to 35.0°E.
At 70.0°E, Raduga-1M 3 was quite active in C-band (data only).
