Qatar Tv HD on 13E gone awol?

As per title,anyone facing a blank screen on Qatar tv HD on Hotbird,signal is fine (6.0db)
I‘ve been tuned in,since this morning,with no problem
Just turned it on again,to a black screen and receiver (Technisat Technibox UHD),reporting this channel is not available
