My Satellite Setup
Started with analogue pace 300, 80cm dish, then had a Aldi comag receiver with a monoblock on hotbird and 19.2.
Had a couple of technomates ending with a 6900 fully motorised
That receiver died in 2018 and now I'm starting again.
My Location
Central midlands uk
Hi all, been looking in the spare room for my sat equipment, and came across my old quali TV receiver which I used for 4:2:2 feeds, I had it on the loop of the technomate tm 6900 which died.
Does anyone else still use one or has the world moves on ?

Blimey its been a few years since that model has had a mention of on the forum. They are SD only and with so many transmissions now in HD you will be missing an awful lot of channels. Even most feeds are HD these days

Hi Analoguesat,
Yes it was well used when I got it, it wouldn't work, so I took the top off and there was a blanket of fluff in there, gave it a good clean and it was right as rain.
It will do upto 1080i either through DVI or Y/Pb/Pr, I used it through the latter and it gave out a really nice picture.
