Quality levels on Fortec 5100 Ultra system

Hi I have uploaded Hotbird channels onto my Fortec 5100 ultra system

I actually have a card to watch premium channels such as inXTC and X
Plus TV

When I try to watch any channels on Hotbird satellite, i never get
any quality, hence the green quality bar can never be seen

I have tried watching FTA channels but its the same on every channel

I do not have a motorised LNB

How would I get the quality bar up so I can watch channels on
Hotbird satellite?

Would I move the LNB?

I'm actually using a program called GTools to update by system
