How in simple terms do you upgrade the firmware

I'm not familiar with that Receiver, but in general terms use is made of a Null Modem Cable between PC and Receiver if the Download source is via the Web.

Alternatively, some Receivers have On The Air (OTA) Download support.

You need someone with Product Specific knowledge.

Sorry to re-start an old thread, but did anyone find out about the firmware update? Ive recently brought one and I am having the same problem.

Also when I plug My LAN cable into the unit (direct from modem/router its say cannot connect to server)

Can anyone help?
