Questions about Dreambox 500s Wireless recording

Hi,
I was wondering if this is possible,\
I have read the idiots guide and see you can record to a HD can this be done wirelessy over a 54mb wireless link or is the bandwidth to low, would it need to be wired for the speed.

Also has anyone configured one of these box's with a media station pc, so you can change channel on it and combine it say with media portal sage tv etc?>
 
So there is enough bandwidth available to do this can you explain how to a newbie.

How about the mediacentre question
 
Wired is for reliability. 54mbs should be fine (wireless) as the stream is unlikely to be more then 5mbs.

You need an ethernet bridge to do the wireless part (haven't done it- a cat5 cable is a lot cheaper), the recording to HD is as per Guide.

DD is the master of brevity ;)
