QVC upgrade on Sky



QVC, the UK's leading TV shopping channel, has launched a major upgrade to its interactive service on Sky Digital. The upgrade gives viewers greater accessibility to QVC's range of products.

A new feature - 24-Hour Product Review - enables customers to search through the previous 24-hours' programming for available products and has already proved its popularity on and in customer research.

In addition the service has been simplified for viewers. The two elements of the old service have been integrated into one, increasing the speed and enhancing the usability of QVC Active.
