Radix and Freecam

Hallo

I have a Radix Epsilon 3CI receiver with the latest official
firmware (2.08A-0.14-0.83).I use a freecam b0.19.I have this problem with 6-1 files.I hear sound but no picture.Only MCM Europe in Hotbird is ok.
Can somebody help me?

Have you checked that the video pids are correct on your receiver?

Yes,the pid's are correct.
Many othes have the same problem.I think it is due to the receiver software.I
e-mail to the company but no answer yet.
If anyone has found any solution pleast reply.

Then it does sound like a firmware prob.

May be worth a backward flash of the Freecam to 2.018 Mascetti, still one of the most stable.
