RAI DAB+ feed from 5 West

I'll answer myself after a >24hrs recording of the local RAI mux for Aosta/Piedmont west.

I seems that the reconfiguration during local programs works surprisingly with eti-tools (today from 12:15 to 12:25)

Remark: I've added a timestamp with the tool ts, which only works when you have installed moreutils

The Multi 12 on 12564 V at 5.0 W is there, but it takes longer to lock it.
I checked it using Crazyscan and Signal Analyser 5.2 PantaSat apps.
