RAI1 etc TPs missing

I've been watching games that aren't available FTV on the French channels on RAI 1 11776V using a valid Tivusat card. The TP is showing very ropey signal at the moment - in fact a rescan didn't pick it up the TP at all. RAI 5 11013H comes through fine. I guess I'm connected to a multiswitch - 13E is on DiSEqC A, 19.2E on B. The weather is a bit dodgy but I haven't had problems with it before.

Hmmm with blindscan I've got it back on 12614V, but the rain margin is zero (raining at the moment, strength is 51% and it's breaking up occasionally). This TP isn't listed on Lyngsat. RAI News 24 on 11011H (listed as 11013 on Lyngsat) is at 69%.

No, I don't have access to the roof or the multiswitch :N.

RAI 1 HD is listed as 11766 V 29900 DVB-S2 8PSK 3/4 but the SD version, is on 10992 V 27500, can you get the SD version?
I use kingofsat, to search for individual channels.

I'm not getting anything on 11776V now, nor 10992V. Odd.

changing the LOF does not affect the quality, since the box uses AFC (it is only relevant for transponders with a very low SR)
can you post a picture of the result of blindscan 11700-12700V here?

OK, something weird going on. Little in this scan is in the right place. 19.2E appears to be OK, though - Al Jazeera English is on the "correct" TP.

However: Museum UHD *is* 10725H (near enough what Lyngsat has), plenty of Kabelio on 11096H.

Solo2, OpenVix more-or-less up-to-date.
I have one input connected, 13E and 19.2E are on it. Both set as Universal LNB.
13E - DiSEqC 1.0, port A
19.2E - DiSEqC 1.0, port B
voltage mode - polarization
fast DiSEqC - no
toneburst - no
tone mode - off
increased voltage - no

I was thinking about what frequencies blindscan will display (GREEN - MANUAL), not services

OpenViX has an excellent feature, transponder verification without real scan (Signal Finder - YELOW Service list)

this problem - 22 kHz OFF - still scan with LOF 9750 (Laayoune on 10873V not on 11721V)

If you want blinscan to show the correct frequencies, you need to set the extended mode

defined is used if the user wants to know the correct frequency

Setting LOF/L and LOF/H to 09748 enables me to get 13E channels on the correct TPs (RAI 1, for example). I noticed the difference in expected and observed frequency for the higher freq TPs was around 850, so the standard difference between LOF/L 9750 and LOF/H 10600 and tried difference combinations until it worked as expected.

Can't get 19.2E at all now, though :D. Despite all the diseqc/toneburst etc combinations I can try I just can't get it. I could have sworn it was present before. Diseqc B appears to go to 13E, but if I deactivate diseqc entirely I can't get 13E *if* I send another diseqc command.

The multiswitch is a Triax OSP 982, but I can't get any information about it. Note I'm now using OpenPLI - I got fed up with OpenVix crashing.

Only TAP2 uses SAT1 without DiSEqC, TAP1,3,4 use SAT2 without DiSEqC. Outputs OUT1-9 have a copy of the input signals (you can check if the correct signals are coming from the LNB and they should be properly terminated.

Thanks a lot for this.

OK - the building has 5 floors, 2 flats per floor, 3 staircases, so 15 in total. I'm on the first floor so I guess the taps go to the two flats on my floor and the two below. I have no way of knowing which tap I'm on without disconnecting stuff, though. Unfortunately it's rare that the cupboard is open. I'll need to get the tool to open it... So one of the sats uses no diseqc, and one uses ...? Hmmm.
