Hello everyone.

anyway, i have been trying to get an answer from someone about the keys out there. Some keys are 16 digits per line and some are 32 digits. Now i've seen these 32 digit keys split into 16 on 2 different lines. BUT no one ever explains what happens to the INDEX KEY!!

i.e. index KEY

aa XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX


So, any ideas? Can i split a 32 digit key into 2 lines? What happens with the index keys.

Whenever I've come across this the index key shows you what line you put the keys in.
And yes the 32 digit line is for two lines.

Inputting keys vary on each receiver, for eaxample D+ keys can go into 4001, or 4101 Digital +.
You need to find a guide, for your receiver, but trial and error can get it to work, if it doesn't work when you enter them in one section try another until the channels open.
There are 2 sets of keys, which change alternately.
Key 00 and Key 01.
They are published in 16 sets 2, and in hex format, hex is a combination of letters A-E, and/or numbers 0-9.
You do split these sets up into 2 lots and they will go into lines similar to:
Key 00 xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx
00-0 xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx
00-1 xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx
or
Key 01 xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx
01-0 xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx
01-1 xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx

In Technomate receivers these lines are

I am unfamiliar with your receiver, Digital Vision, but if you still can't get it to work can you please post more details of your receivers menu, and which keys you are trying to input, and the provider, without posting any actual keys.
After you read the rules, of course.
