RC2000a positioner

My Satellite Setup
CM 2.4m motorised offset dish, Viking Ku-band 2-ports motorised feed, 2 SMW LNBs, RC2000A, Dreambox DM920.

I'm in my learning curve to use RC2000a positioner. Anyone knows well this device?
I have two questions.
1- What about low speed?
I tried to set up different values, but I'm not sure it is really useful. Setting values under 150 the actuator seems moving too slow. I tested 180, it seems better, but I do not think that my actuators really need this. Setting a value of 254 (no slow speed) the motors start and stop seems OK without any problem. What do you think?
2- After setting up all satellites, once back in Auto mode they are automatically sorted in alphabetical order. Is it possible in any way to change sorting order? For ecample, ordering for location (East to West) or other way? Thanks.
 
I also have the RC200A here, but I don't use it. The limited number of 50 storage spaces is not enough for m
No connection to the Diseqc protocol to be able to control with an Enigma2 receiver is also missin
Control via web interface (RCI Web Server) would be interesting, but very expensive to purchas
I looked around for an alternative and came across the dreambox1959 project and bought this positioner or built it mysel
If I were you, I would email dreambox1959 if he could build a positioner for you.

254 sets the output to continuous +/-36V. The slow mode values set the PWM, of the +/-36V, to your choice that suits the speed of the actuator. It's most useful if you have a dish with a lot of inertia, the RC2K slows down as it approaches the set position.

I have RC2000X units which have 38 positions. That's enough as I also use an external controller (F1EHN using absolute encoders) to drive the RC2K from a PC. There are some demo programs on the RC site which allow RS485 control but they are limited in use.
 
For me the RC2000A would just be a waste of time.
I have currently saved 168 satellite positions in the C, KU and KA band with the JPC positioner, 240 positions are possible, including two-axis control with soft start/soft stop, LNB changer control and polar rotor control (H/V can be saved separately) Everything can be controlled by the receiver using a Diseqc command, operation is possible directly on the device or by remote control. All data of the positioner can be read/saved/edited/played back via USB/RS232, everything is just great.

I thought to dreambox1959's positioner prior to begin my setup last year, but diseqc connection from my receiver is not a priority for me, I prefer to leav dish positioning and reception on its own.
And, as I mentioned in the other discussion, I do not need more than 50 memory slots.
So, I'm happy with my RC2000A yet, but I continue to monitor every discussions in which that positioner is mentioned. I don't know in the future, we will see.
