My Satellite Setup
In UK dish plus quad LNB, Humax Foxsat-HDR Freesat Recorder and Humax HD Freesat receiver.
In Spain 1m dish, dual LNB, Grundig SD Freesat receiver

SE England and N Spain
Following earlier comments on this forum, I have purchased a 100 cm dish and dual LNB and hope to install them in N Spain next month for Freesat reception. Meanwhile, I found a very technical site on the web that gives worldwide data on how to position a dish for any satellite, based on the latitude and longitude of the dish. This site says that in order to tune correctly to the Astra 28.2E satellite from Huesca in N Spain, I need a "polarisation tilt" of -20 degrees [ -27 to allow for the position of Huesca on the Earth's surface, and +7 to allow for the fact that the Astra satellites were not aligned to the Earth's axis].

My questions. Am I correct in assuming that I can achieve the "polarisation tilt" by rotating the LNB in its holder? If so, which direction should it be rotated? I'm not technically qualified so a foolproof way of telling me what to do would be to say which way to rotate the LNB while holding the LNB and looking at the dish.

Polarisation Tilt = Skew ..............

Looking from LNB towards dish:

Slacken LNB fixing (collar or flange) and rotate 20 degrees clockwise, so that the F connector is left of bottom dead centre.

Of course, you will only use 20 degrees as a starting point and will probably find a tiny bit of tweaking is required in order to ensure best reception of both horizontal and Vertically Polarised Channels.
