Re-tuning a Grundig GDS200/2 receiver

I've moved into a house with a dish already installed, so I've borrowed a old Grundig GDS200/2 digibox to get the FTA channels. It works fine when I connect the co-ax out direct to my TV. The only problem is that the output is set to Channel 68, the same as used for Channel 4 from my aerial, so I can't merge both feeds together (I connect both via a amp/splitter box).

I can't see anyway of retuning the Grundig box to a different channel, and don't have its manual. Is there any way? Any help appriciated.

Go to Services/System Setup/Type 0,1,Select(one after another)/RF Output.

Found the Menu but coundn't try it (No Remote!). At least I know its worth buying one now.

Can Anyone tell me how to reboot my grundig gds200 i need any help in setting this up including the part of downloading the channels any help appreciated
