I get great results from "Streambox Ripper.exe"
You might have to do a bit of a search to find it, but it does work.
Another point, if like me you don't like the way that RealAudio interferes with you system, try down loading RealAlternative.
This comes with its own MediaClassic Player, but also enables other programes like JetAudio to play RealAudio files.
