Received my satellite package today.

some of the big suppliers will order a few triax dishes they come like in the picture and you will get a box with the lnb arm and fixings.

if its a proper retail dish then the lnb arm would have been fixed to the dish already.

No problem saying where I got mine from, it's from one of our advertisers - Pulsat, ordered on 2nd August, and came in exactly the same box as yours.

BTW, it's the same as yours - a TD88, not a 1M, sorry.
 
Well, I need to apologise! After digging out my old Triax I found that it did indeed have a Triax logo on the dish face. Don't know how I forgot that!

Hopefully both photos will allow you to compare your dish and decide whether or not yours is a "genuine" Triax

Yes, that's the same as mine. My new TD88 is the battleship grey one on the right, and the one on the left is an earlier one I bought a few years ago.

Yes the one on the right is the same as mine, just wondering why they decide to print Triax on some of their dishes and not others. I think I will call Triax tomorrow and see if they can shine some light on the situation.

Thanks for that, mine is the same bar the colour and the Triax printed on it.
 
OK I have just spoken to Triax and they have said that not all their dishes have a Triax stamp on it, and that is down to the personal preference of the retailer buying them.

All the Triax dishes I've seen have "Triax" writ large on them ....................












But of course, if they don't, that doesn't mean they aren't Triax :-ohcrap
