I am trying to find what and where to purchase a receiver that will allow me to receive Bulgarian tv in the United States. My roommate is Bulgarian and would love to be able to watch tv from her country. She had a friend here who had a receiver and could watch, but he never told her how or where he got it from. Is this possible? And if so, how do I go about getting it? Any help or suggestions would be great, as I am at a loss! Thank you all!!
