Hi

This is my first post so please treat me gently!!!

I had been happily using Tps (until all went pear shaped)to watch French tv and English Football.

Due to the code changed i have just bought an ART card.

I have a Technomate TM-5500CI Plus,80cm dish and am using a Matrix Relaoded Cam.

When i put the Art card in the cam,then the cam into the technomate it states that the channel is scrambled so its not unlocking it.

What do you guys think the problem is?Is it the cam?If so what do you reccomend?

If it is the cam is it worthwhile buying a new cam or a new receiver??

Had a few recently try putting the card in the other way up

Ive tried it up down and every way feasable.

I think it may be the cam but as i said previously im a bit of a novice so all help is appreciated.

Do you think that the cam is not up to scratch with it being a matrix reloaded??

the cam should work fine but make sure you program the cam otherwise i dont think the cam would recognise the card other wise
