I live in Erbil, Iraq and there are several TV channels which using DVB-T
and I need to buy a Digital Terrestrial receiver.
Which of these two models is the best ?

So it look like the differences are the first one that supports SD upscaling and PAL NTSC

the second unit is more useful for recording with a separate suitable media storage device of course

As yet you have not stated your needs and requirements
