Reception problems in S Spain Ch4 E4 m&m ITV

Today has been the enginering to get the 031qdf Lnb Invacom feedhorn and ... me and says my parabolica is not offset and polar focus and therefore not worth it.
Can I reuse the LNB or feedhorn?
What lnb for the dish if it is offset?
Correspond with the Invacom qdh031 '
If I change that by 031Qdf will it work?

Hoy ha venido el tecnico a ponerme el Lnb Invacom 031qdf y el feedhorn y ...me dice que mi parabolica es offset y no de foco polar y por tanto no vale.
¿puedo reutilizar el LNb ó el feedhorn ?
¿que lnb correspondería para la parabolica si es de offset?
Correspondería con el Invacom qdh031'
Si cambio el que tengo por el 031Qdf ¿va a funcionar?

THe enginering arrived and the LNB quad qdf o31 and feedhorn don´t work with my dish,
Because is oofset and no focus primary.
The resend the Lnb and feedhorn is expensive and if somebody want )in Spain) the Lnb invacom quad qdf-031(65 e) and feedhorn Invacom (30 e,)post me a P.

Andrex, what feedhorn did you buy? If it is an Andrew's then it is correct for your offset dish. If the satellite guy says different he is a cowboy. By the way that LNB costs less than 60€ to buy in Spain.

so many of them down here mate i saw some pieces of Art i had to redo..its so bad i would could them apache ,by the way there is one advertising on ebay(260364685164) down here in torrevieja ,he even put his photo next to a famaval dish on the advert ..hilarious stuff

Got to say the concrete bases really fascinate me. Don't dig a hole. Put red brick surround. Put groundstand inside the brick surround and then pour concrete on top of the groundstand so it is encased. Lovely!

If you have bought the Invacom QDF -031 it will fit on any dish, offset or prime focus. The feedhorn for an offset dish is in the picture. I think you have said you have the dish in the other picture. If you have this dish, LNB and feedhorn, it will work perfectly.

I'm in the CDS and until recently got all channels fine all day and night now around 9 in the evening itv2 3 4 E4 more4 starts playing up BBC channel 4 etc fine any ideas.

hello,
on a dry day see is you can set up the box and small tv close to the dish.
if the reception gets better than i would use better quality cable or even small line amps about 10 bd.
if you have 2 lines you will need 2 amps.also check the alignment ans skew of the lnb.
i agree with analogsat there are about 12 possible problems that can cause itv ch4 and bbc on astra 2 d to be bad.
they are the weekest on the sat.

Hi I had no reception for Attheraces. Local installer recommended a 1.6M dish and its now OK all day, along with everything else. The solution is a bigger dish as I have a number of receivers in the house and switching them around made no real difference.
