reception problems? - sky sports HD

My Satellite Setup
amstrad 1.1.270 hd box
My Location
south east england
hi
i am on my second sky hd box
1st one was a samsung
massive picture breakup on sky sports hd channels
new box amstrad
been ok for 2 weeks
recorded sky sports hd 4 last night
problem started again
getting break up lots of green flecking on the picture
any one any ideas?

Maybe a slight dish alignment problem. Of course the rain fall last night may not of helped as signals would of been attenuated some what.

it had been suggested to me that radio frequency from equipment inside my house could be interfering with hd signal
 
DECT shouldn't effect IF frequency of 1198Mhz where sky sports HD1 is found, if your referring to HD1.

Infact, none of the sky sports HD channels fall within DECT freqs.
 
Try disconnecting input 2 from the back of the receiver and checking some live recordings. You will have some limitations on what you can watch/record at the same time during testing.
 
lnb fault maybe ?

any chance to test on another dish to rule out the receiver at fault
