Recommend a Microphone for Dictation using a PC

I need a good microphone to use for dictation and transcribing audio and video files using a PC.
Don't worry you will not see me on the "The Voice".
I am using the built in microphone with a Logitech CAM, it works OK but I am not sure how good the microphone is because the transcription isn't so good using it.
I have seen on Amazon Germany all kind of prices starting with less than 10 euro to hundreds.
Are condenser microphones better than other types?
Budget around 50 euro. Preferably with tripod stand.
Need a recommendation from someone with experience.
Thanks.

I can highly recommend wired Plantronics headsets. I am using one for Skype/Lync/WebEx calls and it works brilliantly - my voice is loud and clear, I wouldn't use anything else.

They are more pricey than others but it's worth it.

A little less analogue, and a lot more crap.

Have you tried a virtual mixing desk to enhance what is already in the laptop ?
Depending on the version, Skype offers an adjustment override to help with the microphone response

OpenBox X5 on a 1 meter motorized dish.
And now a 10 foot "C" band dish.

I would recommend this type (or one like it) as it has a "Puff" shield, the shield keeps the puffing sound out of the recording when you say the letter "P" too loud.

It's a standard (the shield) at most all recording studios.
