One of the advantages of having 2 or more tuners is the opportunity to record more than one channel at a time.

What I'm wondering is whether it is possible to configure tuner B with no independent feed from an LNB to mirror tuner A which receives the feed from the three LNBs (Astra 28 & 19 and Hotbird 13)?

I've made a tentative try configuring tuner B as "equal to" tuner A, but it didn't work.

Does tuner B require its own dedicated feed? Or can I split or divide the cable carrying the satellite signals into two, one for each tuner?:confused

You cant split feeds to tuners - lnbs are active devices switched by hi/lo tones & voltages and if you connect two tuners to one lnb via a splitter you get the tones and voltages clashing with the hi state winning every time.

Run separate cabling to tuner B
