Recording trouble of DM500S.

Hello.
I have the question by the person who is participating in this forum.
I am recording the image from "DM500S" by way of "LAN".
However, the screen freezes on the way when the recorded image is reproduced and
the block noise is generated.
The recorded image repeats this state.
The problem is not solved still though I tried various methods.
Please teach me the person who knows the method of settlement of this problem.
Others' help is necessary for me.

Does it do this for both FTA and encrypted channels? If you play the recording on your PC does it also freeze/ display block noise?

The trouble of recording occurs in "FTA channel" and "Scramble channel".
