Hello again just need some advice, when i press the red button on sky sports it say sorry technical difficulties, any ideas
 
I get that all the time I think its no signal being received hence the technical fault. Have never been able to get red button on Sky Sports out here .

Can you get Astra 2D?? Many of the interactive streams are on 2D.
