Reducing the size of an animated gif

My Satellite Setup
'Fortec Star Passion' (& a dead SL65) One of them big Woks on the outside, and a thingy that moves it about a bit.
My Location
Nottingham
How can I reduce the size of an animated gif, and retain the animation?

I want to update my avater.

SATCOUK allowed upload but the animation does not work
