reflashing cams for conax

Hi. Perhaps someone knows what do I need to reflash old cams to conax4.0
I have red and black via ,aston 1.03 1.05. do i NEED SPECIAL EQUIPMENT?

Not sure whether they can be flashed without opening the CAM invator, unfortunately, one of the best sources of information is at present down.
