Hi guys, here's the next release. There's a few fixes and a few new channels as listed below

Added new channels :-

407 - Spy Sports News HD - Not Broadcasting yet and EPG No. is a guess !
346 - Spy Classics HD
222 - Comedy Cental HD - EPG No. is a guess !

Fixes :-

Unlistable, more than 40 fixes.


Bouquets modified :-

All of them !

Ok, I'm now releasing this as ALL BOXES. There is no need to release this twice. You can make it suite what ever box you have simply by setting up DreamboxEdit correctly.
Here's a few pointers to help you get going.

• Always use the latest version of DBEdit. (v3.0.1.6 IHAD, at time of post)
• Setup DBEdit to suite your box
  • Enigma1 boxes Settings-Type2
  • Enigma2 boxes Settings-Type4
  • Change this by Clicking, Tools > Toggle between versions 2 and 4 settings.
  • Ensure you select the correct folder options to suite your settings on the options page.
• If you're using a HD box and you find the HD channels listed in blue, try the following fix :-
• • Ensure your settings are set to type 4
  • Click, Tools > Show / Restore Files
  • The bouquets and other important files should be checked by default.
  • Click, Restore Checked Files To Original
  • Now save.
  • HD files should now show as normal.
  • It seems this is caused by loading the bouquets into DBEDit when it is set to 'Settings-Type2'
• If you're using SID Assigner,don't forget to reprocess your package(s) !

NOTE:- HD channels are now type 25 , adjust your picon filenames to suite.

B16MCC When you add a channel to the bouquets and want to keep the numbering how do you do it?

I deleted a place holder in box and outside but it keeps shifting the channels up ie added comedy HD and ot shifted BBC 1 from 101 to 99. I also tried moving the place holder to 2 - 99 numbering but it still does not work. If I delete the placeholder the channels below are fine but not the ones above it?

Also the numbering is wrong in the August release, B4U movies is 780 but now its 781

Hi Guys,

Finally got this on to my DM500s but have one slight issue. If I scroll through the channels using the channel up button, when I get to the first placeholder after 101 (where channel 117 would be) it goes all the way back to the first placeholder in the list before BBC 101.

Any ideas how to avoid this??

Can't say I've experienced this, try the DM500 subforum and open a new thread, try to include more information on your setup as well. What image you're using would be a start.

hello to all dm 500 users.
can anyone help with a small problem.
i have been testing the dm 500 with the card in the box and its running ok no problems.
i set this up 5 months ago to if the mains go out the box will reset itself to channel 305.
now i want to have the box to reset itself to channel 301.
i did not write the procedure down and i have tried the blue button and the power button and still nothing.
it still resets itself to 305.
can any one have any ideas on how to do this?????

try going to channel 305 as in list of bouqets hit menu brings u to another list, select reset start up service. Then go to channel 305 as in bouquets list hit menu and set as start up service.

summin like that anyway aint got a dm500 no more so cant really elaborate

What's happened to some of the asian channels like Peace TV, they appear grey on the list now and wont tune in?

I'm having the same problem. All place holder channels in the skyuk bouquet return to the first one right at the top of the list. Bouquets are on a dm500 with cccam 2.1.3 on nabilo darkstar.

Another quick question, how come the first 100 place holder channels all are under number 1, then bbc 1 starts at 101. where did all the numbers 2-100 go?

hi bmc thanks for all the hard work but everytime i use ur channel list i can get bb2, bbc3 , cbeebeies and few other to work ?? any idea how to get them to work ?
and also i have downloaded the picion but for the lcd but being a noobie dont know where to but them ? can u point me it the right direction ?

Update.
I've figured out what is going on with all place holder channels automatically going to channel 1. IN DBEdit you have the option of allowing duplicate entries in the user bouquets, which in turn shows up as loads of the same channels in the dreambox with the same name. Now when you go over one of these duplicate channels, it always goes to the first instance of that channel. For example, if I replace the place holder channel in channel 117, (which everyone knows isn't a viewable channel) with the bbc2, then whenever I scroll over the channel 117 it takes me to the first instance of that service, which is on channel 102.

Did anybody understand that?

So its not a place holder channel problem, but a dreambox one. We just have to figure out how to let dreambox know when it comes to a duplicate channel, just carry on to the next channel in the list and not to the first instance of it near the top somewhere.

Any solutions? other than putting individual radio/data channels where the place holder channels are.

I am using dreambox edit to transfer these Bouquet list to my DM600, I have changed the settings to Type 2 as mentioned above but dream boxedit is assiging numbers in front of the channel names - anyone know how we can stop this?

good wrk m8,I got vu+duo with VTI image install on it and every time I add these bouquts in it I find all the channels in side the bouquts get discloured and then box get crashed. so is there any special tecknic for those boxes if you know?
